Wet hair. Apply shampoo, work into hair and scalp and then rinse. For more intense lather, repeat the process. Follow with the ENJOY® conditioner of choice.

My hairdresser recommended this when I mentioned I was loosing so much hair! I have been using it for about 2 1/2 months and my hair loss has stopped! I was so glad that Enjoy started selling direct since I moved and no salon near me carries it. If you find it a little drying, pair it with their luxury conditioner but I use the therapeutic conditioner with wonderful results.
Side note – ordering here is super easy and always shocked how fast it arrives.

I have this product and, yes, it does tingle! However, it is a very thick product which I purchased from a salon that was going out of business due to Covid, sad. I wonder if it was old product or is it supposed to be so thick? I rub it between my fingers with some water before applying to my already wet hair. The conditioner is very thick, too. Thanks! Perhaps I gave it 3 stars because I do not understand the product.
